I haven't come up with one yet, but this is my create-a-sandwich I eat pretty often. I like the different contrasts it provides and like to mentally pat myself on the back for it's creation often.
Sweet - Honey Mustard
Meat - (Peppercorn) Turkey
Cheese - Pepperjack
Hot - Jalapenos
Cool - Avacado
Lettuce
